How the Kings of Egypt became Pharoh
In the land
of Shinar, a wise and kind-hearted man named Rikiy struggles to support
himself. He travels to Egypt to seek favor from the King but told that the
king only comes out in public once a year. Rikiy feels disappointed and went to
a shelter in a ruined house.
Struggling
to find a way to feed himself, Rikiy decides to sell vegetables but is people made
fun of him and robbed him. Being miserable about this, he came up with a plan.
He pretended that he has been send by the king and to spoke on behalf of the
king. He said the to the people the king said people must pay taxes to him for
burial and he collected a lots amounts of silver and gold throughout the year. Rikiy
becomes very rich and famous, sharing his riches with his men.
When the
king found out that the people have been complaining about the tax, he becomes
angry and orders Rikiy and his men to be brought before him. However, Rikiy has
planned an amazing gift for the king—showing his riches he took a lots children
dressed in beautiful dresses and gave the presents to give to the king. The
king was so amazed by Rikiy's wisdom and gifts, and he was no longer angry.
The king gave
Rikiy favor and kindness and said from today he will be called Pharaoh for his
wisdom of making a tax even on the dead. Pharaoh becomes the prefect under King
and governs Egypt with fairness and
wisdom, administering justice daily while the king appears once a year. The
people admire and love Pharaoh, and in his honor, all the kings of Egypt from
then on are known as Pharaoh.
